Ahti Aho, the co-founder of toggl.com, an online time tracking and reporting service, and several other companies, was elected to Milrem Robotics’ supervisory board replacing Toomas Bergmann.
“It has been my pleasure guiding Milrem Robotics’ development as a supervisory board member. However, I believe that it is important that growing companies benefit from the experience of different people and am therefore pleased to give my responsibilities over to Ahti,” said Toomas Bergmann, who was elected to the supervisory board in 2019.
Ahti Aho is the co-founder and one of the owners of toggl.com, an online time tracking and reporting service.
“I am looking forward to contributing my know-how to the further growth of the company and seeing my ideas being implemented into practice,” said Aho.
“I’m delighted Ahti accepted the challenge of joining the supervisory board. All our supervisory board members have an active role in guiding the company in the right direction to enhance our technology, drive sales and assure financial stability,” said Kuldar Väärsi, CEO and majority shareholder of Milrem Robotics.
The other members of Milrem Robotics’ supervisory board are Michael McElhenney, managing director of Houlihan Lokey, Matthias Noehl, Senior Vice President of System Technologies in KMW, Taavi Kotka, the first Chief Information Officer for the Government of Estonia and, serving as the chairman of the supervisory board, Gen (ret) Riho Terras, former Commander of the Estonian Defence Forces and current member of the European Parliament.
